CARDS.COM CARD MAKING GROUP
Cards.com is a small group of children who enjoy spending time creating and making card projects. So far we have made cards, gift tags and easter projects. Please keep checking for updates of photos as we will add these as we complete each project.
The group have been looking at ways to fund their activities and have decided that they will sell some of their cards to buy more stock for their card making. These will be for sale at school.

BIRD ON A BRANCH CARD
I like the simplicity of this card. I've used this card for a number of occasions. This stamp set is called Bird on a Branch. I used white card and naturals ivory from the Naturals collection. The ink colours match the card colour that frames the print.

Baroque Style
I had fun making these cards first stamping the print on the base card then adding another layer over the print. The scallop hole punch creates an effective bottom layer for the baroque motif print.
GIFT TAGS
These gift tags are quick and easy to make and a little different from the usual gift tags you see out and about. I used the very vanilla and naturals ivory as the main card and then used a variety of other coloured cards i.e. Baja breeze, chocolate chip, not quite navy, DSP's. I used the following punches: Round tab, the scallop, 1 3/8" circle, 1 1/4" circle, 3/4" circle punches. The stamp sets were: Seeing Spots, Think Happy Thoughts, Seasons of Joy (swirly stamp). Notice that I have also change the top of the gift tag and used the 3/4" circle punch for a tab.
AUTUMN/WINTER MINI CATALOGUE
The Autumn/Winter Mini Catalogue is out with some exciting new additions. The Big Shot die-cutting machine is one product that I suggest you check out. The new exciting products to be added now consist of clear mount blocks and polymer stamps. I'm liking the Pony Party and Cottage Garden stamp sets but also have my eye on a couple of others.
To view these online go to the Stampin Up link and look under the Autumn/Winter Mini Catalogue.
GIFT BOXES - 3D
I really enjoyed making these boxes. I love these little gift boxes and have used them for many small gifts. The top of the box is a lid that lifts off so you can place your pressies neatly inside.
BEING A FRIEND
These cute cards were made using the "For Everything" stamp set. I used the Stampin Pastels to add soft shades of colour to the stamped print.
Mini Gift Bags
These mini gift bags are very cute and suitable for those special small gifts that need just the right packaging.

Butterflies
These two cards were made using: Ruby red, chocolate chip card stock, Butterfly prints stamp set, Best Yet stamp set, Kiwi kiss and chocolate chip ink stampin pad, very vanilla ribbon, old olive DSP print.
